Schedule an Appointment

There is more than one way to start

Pick whichever of these feels easiest. None of them is more “official” than the others, and you don’t need to know what you want before you reach out — a sentence about what brings you here is plenty.

Email me

Write to me directly and I’ll reply to talk through whether counseling with me is the right fit.

Email DeeDee Open Gmail instead

The first button opens your usual mail app. If nothing happens, use the Gmail button — it opens in a new tab and will sign you in if you aren’t already. Or copy the address above into whichever email you use. All three reach the same inbox.

Email isn’t a private channel, so please keep personal clinical details out of a first message. We can talk those through once we connect.

Call or text

If writing an email feels like too much, a text works just as well.

615-549-8822

This is a Google Voice number, so calls and text messages both reach me.

Complete the intake forms

I currently see clients through Haven of Hope in Tennessee. If you’d rather start with the paperwork, their forms are the fastest route to a first session.

Go to the intake forms

Important — so you’re scheduled with me. On the form, in the referred by section, put DeeDee Miller, and say that you would like to work with her specifically. Without that, the office may assign you to a different counselor.

Questions about the forms themselves are best answered by their office: 615-597-4673.

Service area: Tennessee.

In an emergency, don’t use any of the above. None of these is monitored around the clock. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. If you are in crisis, call or text 988. More numbers are on the resources page.
